職位描述：
1.根據部門展會拓展戰略和年度展覽會合作計劃，與國外展覽會組織者開展展會項目合作；
2.協助部門總監對展會項目進行評估，確定合作內容，進行商務談判并簽訂合作協議；
3.根據協議內容，協調公司資源，監督合同執行；
4.跟蹤并協助操作人員完成各項目環節的工作；
5.對展覽會活動的執行進行監控和效果評估。
崗位要求：
1、本科或以上學歷；
2、英語或文秘相關專業；
3、2年以上外聯或客服相關工作經驗；
4、熟練操作常用辦公軟件；
5、大學英語六級以上，具備較強的英語聽說讀寫能力 （不符合此項條件者請勿投遞簡歷）；
6、形象好，氣質佳，具備良好的溝通協調能力，有較強的觀察力、判斷力及應變能力。
崗位描述
1、聯系行業內客戶，推薦展會，篩選出有相關需求的優質客戶資源；
2、對所負責行業的展會，通過網絡、郵件、傳真等形式進行市場推廣；
3、定期進行市場分析，提供相關工作報告；
4、帶團參展，國外展會協調工作（有專業導游、翻譯）；
5、完成上級領導交辦的其它工作任務。
